Hull’s Happiest Days Designs is proud to contribute to Heart of Hope,
The Caralynn Titter Foundation. Caralynn Titter was a sweet infant when
she was diagnosed with a heart condition requiring heart transplant.
This brave little child and her family fought through two heart
transplants before Caralynn passed away just months after coming home.
As friends of the Titters we had the privilege to know sweet Caralynn
and the joy she brought to all she met. After her passing, the Titter
family decided to begin a foundation to help other families going
through pediatric heart transplant and the many ups and downs of this
hope giving process.

The Heart of Hope Tree design was created specifically for Heart of
Hope, the Caralynn Titter Foundation. When you purchase a Heart of Hope
Tree design 20% of your purchase price will be donated to Heart of
Hope. You may personalize the inside rim with a name(s) inside a heart
in honor of those whose lives have been impacted by pediatric heart
conditions.
