page. If you have additional information that you would like,
please include it in the comments section. Please be specific
about dates, and correct spelling. We will send you a digital proof
prior to firing, for accuracy.
No refunds once an item is fired.
We accept pay pal, master card, visa, checks, and money orders.
Items take 2-3 weeks for creation, firing and delivery. We will send it as soon as it is ready.

Shipping
We ship using the most efficient and travel safe methods possible.
Since your dessertware is fragile we use multiple methods to safeguard
your items.
US CUSTOMERS
If breakage does occur during shipping please email us a picture of the damaged item and we will send you a replacement free of charge or shipping.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
Due to the delicate nature of the china and the not so delicate nature of the US and international post offices, we do not provide shipping outside of the US. We have had too many issues with our product arriving in peices for shipments outside of the US. If we discover a more secure and cost effective method of shipping we will change our policy.
